One membership at a time: choosing a different card swaps it in your basket. Memberships are billed monthly by card, and stay with the member — they can’t be transferred, though the monthly codes can be given to anyone.

Each free balloon arrives as its own one-time-use code, emailed to you: one code on Silver, two on Gold, three on Platinum. Every code is valid 3 months from the day it’s issued.
Pick anything from the price list and give us the code with your order. One code, one free balloon — then it stops working.
A code is yours to give away: hand it to a friend, a cousin or the birthday child. The membership itself stays with you.

As codes. Every month we email you one one-time-use code for each free balloon your card includes — one on Silver, two on Gold, three on Platinum.
One code buys one balloon, then it stops working. Each code is valid for 3 months from the day it’s issued, and codes already sent to you keep their full three months even if you stop your membership. Codes aren’t cash and can’t be split across two balloons.
Yes — that part is entirely up to you. A monthly code can be handed to anyone: a friend, a cousin, the birthday child. Whoever has the code can spend it, and it still only works once.
No. A membership isn’t transferable: it stays with the person it was bought for, and the codes are emailed to them.
You can buy a membership as a gift, though. Tell us in the gift note who it’s for and it’s theirs from the first month — you just keep paying for it.
Club members are recognised by the shop as members of The Balloon Club. If you’d like, that includes a mention on the member wall on this page: first name only, and only with your permission.
Yes. In your basket, choosing a different card simply replaces the one that’s there, because it’s one membership at a time. If you’re already a member, message us and we’ll switch it.
