Parties happen in Gulshan or Banani, Dhaka. Those are the two areas Elijah twists in, so pick whichever one your party is in on the booking card.
Not all times are available. Every booking is confirmed by email before it’s final.

Moving or cancelling. Free to move or cancel up to 48 hours before your slot. Inside 48 hours there’s no refund, but you get one free reschedule, subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed by email. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
On the day

Guests line up, ask for what they’d like, and watch it take shape. Faces are drawn on by hand, so every one comes out with its own expression.

Which areas do you cover?
Gulshan and Banani, in Dhaka. Those are the two areas Elijah twists in, and the booking card asks you to pick one, so there’s no guessing. Within either area it can be at home, at school or at the office.
Somewhere else in mind? Send a message and ask — and in the meantime, balloons can still be delivered across Dhaka city.
How far ahead should I book?
The earliest date you can pick is 3 days from today. Further ahead is better: not all times are available, and every booking is confirmed by email before it’s final.
What if I need to move or cancel?
Free to move or cancel up to 48 hours before your slot. Inside 48 hours there’s no refund, but you get one free reschedule, subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed by email.

How do I pay?
Add the booking to your basket and check out like any other order. The checkout shows which payment methods are available right now: card, PayPal or cash on delivery in Dhaka. If you’d rather talk first, send it as an enquiry instead and pay once your time is confirmed.
What ages is it for?
All of them. Small children love choosing an animal; adults tend to go for flowers and hats. One safety note: children under 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons, so adult supervision is required and broken balloons should be thrown away at once. All balloons are latex, so let us know if anyone has a latex allergy.
Can I book more than one hour?
Ask in the notes or send an enquiry. Each booking card covers one hour, and Elijah will tell you in his reply what’s possible on the day.
